Being quiet allows us to tap into our intuition and find the answers to our problems, rather than use substances, people or behaviour to forget about them.

I totally agree with you, the information age has many perks but it is absolutely necessary to our well-being that we declutter our heads. Mental decluttering helps us focus and create calm within our heads and our lives.</description>

I don&#039;t think it is emptiness necessarily or a void like you mentioned in your blog.  I think that it is our stillness that we all need to feel comfortable with.  We live in a society where we are constantly being overstimulated and I think that when that isn&#039;t there we think there is something wrong. We truly need to find the balance between the two. Or at least that is what I have realized about me!
