it is the thought that counts, but trust me when i say, the mind can veto anything. It vetoes my legs, lungs, knees and body temp every time I go out these days. Not to mention vetoing sheer Self preservation, since I spend most of my run trying not to slip and fall on the snow!

LOL Yes, the Canadian weather is a good excuse for many people to skip out on their regular exercise habits.

I hear you on the slippery roads, just think of the extra muscles you’re using to keep your balance!
