Hmmmm…between the mind and the rest of the body, shouldn’t that have been enough to veto the vote?

Ah, well, it’s the thought that counts. Besides, there’s always tomorrow.

it is the thought that counts, but trust me when i say, the mind can veto anything. It vetoes my legs, lungs, knees and body temp every time I go out these days. Not to mention vetoing sheer Self preservation, since I spend most of my run trying not to slip and fall on the snow!

LOL Yes, the Canadian weather is a good excuse for many people to skip out on their regular exercise habits.

I hear you on the slippery roads, just think of the extra muscles you’re using to keep your balance!
