Hey Amna, thanks for reading and leaving your comment! I've also heard what Barb (thank you, Barb!) shared in her response about why distilled water isn't the healthiest. Especially during a detox, it's important to get in your vitamins and minerals because that's what helps your body release toxins and manage the stress of it all.

As for your other questions, what detox quiz did you do and what was the source? Was it a trusted source? Why do YOU want to detox? Here's a post I wrote with info that helped me make the decision for myself: http://livelighter.org/how-do-i-know-i-need-to-detox-or-cleanse/

I'm really not sure at all about your post nasal drip question. Sounds to me like it's your body trying to release stuff because it's overloaded with toxins - but I'm no doctor, I'm guessing based on what I've encountered myself and also the clue that yoga breathing is helping - do you do yoga routines regularly as well? If just the breathing helps, the postures will assist detox and the movement of stagnant energy even more so!

Distilled water is acidic and so is Reverse Osmosis due to no minerals in the water. We need minerals to stay alkaline.

Drink alkaline water as this has all of the minerals in it that our bodies need. You can purchase Body Rescue drops as this will make your water alkaline and therefore your pH will be alkaline also.

WAW!!:-) i already feel fresh!
Very informative and HEALTHY tips, thaaanks!
I was reading about distilled water and read a strange piece of info, that on the long run, distilled water is not that healthy?! As it contains NO minerals etc... Which is not always good for the body. So the advice was to drink it during detox only. What do you think? Have you heard of something similar?
2nd thing, i did the detox quiz and scored 6 of 16, so they recommended i dismiss detoxing, what do you think?
Last thing, i had post nasal drip, but is better now with yoga breathing but i wanted to know more about avoiding post nasal drip, do you know valuable info about it?
Thanks and sorry for writing soooo much!
