Try this Asian inspired smoothie and let me know what you think. It’s low in calories and ginger is delicious as well as a great food for cold prevention…considering we just got more snow overnight here in Toronto!

Spicy Pear Smoothie

  • 1 medium pear
  • ½ small avocado
  • 3 tsp finely grated ginger
  • ½ serving Vega natural flavoured protein powder
  • 3 ice cubes
  • ½ cup vanilla soy beverage


Blend and enjoy.
