Hi Steph,

I like this video… it is a nice to listen to a video rather than read… it had a good idea, to mark an exercise day on the calendar… what I recently did, was made a walking night (could be an exercise night also), that does not interrupt my TV or other schedule of nightly events or shows… that way, if you have nothing to do on 2 nights a week… there is the perfect time to work out…

Also something to add, maybe you could do a post on walking to work from the subway or bus rather than waiting for another ride… it usually only takes 10 minutes more and can add about 20 to 40 minutes of exercise to your day.

Scheduling exercise has been instrumental in helping me to develop a regular exercise habit and in getting healthy.

The world today is a very stressful, fast-paced place to live. Many people have a very hard time making it through life without having problems at times. The best way to make it through life without major problems is to live a healthy lifestyle.Thank you for giving this article.

Yes, they say stress is the leading cause of all illness – which makes sense as it suppresses the immune system – our major defense against illness and disease!
