The summer is winding down but so far grocery stores are still stocking watermelons and seasonal peaches! Here’s a pink smoothie that will certainly delight your taste buds.

Watermelon is almost if not as refreshing and rehydrating as coconut water, and it grows here in Canada and the U.S.! If you’re looking for a very basic yet tasty and nutritious smoothie, try this one:

Wow! very nutritious recipe smoothie steph, I looooove it! You have great recipe collection.

Well, during hot season we should increase our fluid intake to avoid dehydration and other complications due to low amount of water intake. 8-10 glasses of water everyday is highly recommended.
