1 big Swiss Chard leaves makes approx. 20 oz

A couple of tips:
1) DO NOT juice these recipes. The nuts may not juice very well.
2) Chop your nuts and the beets up finely in your blender first before adding other ingredients.

You can certainly try. I have a magic bullet and I’m not sure if I’m using it correctly because it’s no match for my blender.

Some of your recipes contain nuts- which blender do you recommend using? I’m guessing you either use vita-mix or blendtec.
