- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup yogurt, plain
- 1 cup soy beverage, vanilla
- 1 scoop Ruth's Hemp protein powder with sprouted flax & maca
- 1 tbsp wheat bran
- Blend until smooth-ie.
