		<description>Hi dhwani, thanks for your comment and I can really appreciate where you&#039;re coming from because I was there myself. From my experience, as soon as I let go of the idea of being thin and the &quot;need&quot; to lose weight as quickly as possible, and instead concentrated on living a healthier lifestyle, including getting over my laziness and enjoying being physical AND made healthier food choices, THAT&#039;S when the weight started dropping off. And it happened waaaay faster than it ever did when I &quot;dieted&quot; or went hardcore with the exercise.

Darlin, THE best thing you can do for yourself is to love yourself wholeheartedly, for all your positive traits AND the things you might not like so much. Once you do this, you&#039;ll automatically start making choices that are healthy for you, because you&#039;ll want to treat yourself well.
