They say you have to endure some pain in order to get the results you want. Weight loss by hiking can also be associated with the phrase “no pain, no gain”, but in a different way.
Pain could never be a word you would relate to all that activity and experience with the wonders and beauty of nature you will get through hiking. It is definitely a painless experience where not only you won’t gain any weight but actually you will lose, and keep it from coming back.
