Dee! Great to hear from you and I'm happy you're up to trying my healthy, natural weight-loss plan. It's really more for health and vitality - weight-loss is the natural by-product.

You are most welcome for the tools and motivation, Dee. And thank YOU for the support and motivation you continually provide here on Live Lighter - for myself, other contributors and readers! You, my good woman, are the one that rocks! :)

Hello HHN! As i had some of the same concerns as Louie, I appreciate the links and will be doing that daily juicing habit which I had stopped (again)as I've been getting that "slug" feeling, and need to cleanse the "sludge" and eat more veggies! I also plan to follow YOUR plan to lose 25 lbs in 3 months, starting ~ tomorrow! No more excuses or procrastination .... Thanks so much for the tools and motivation Steph. :) You rock!

Hi Louie, do you mean the "cleanser drinks" sold commercially? If yes, many of those drinks have additional herbs which help your body's natural detoxification process. The drinks I post are just straight up food, mainly fruits and veggies.

The bloating and full feeling may come from the fruits and veggies because your body isn't used to them yet. The best way to reduce this feeling is to slowly introduce fruits and veggies to your diet, increasing your intake as time goes by.

Your fatigue will dissipate over time once you cleanse your body of enough "junk" (chemicals, fat, etc.) - usually you'll notice a lighter feeling within a week.

In order to reach your goal to "lose enough weight to start exercising like I use to" - may I suggest a slow and easy program? Here's how I lost 25 lbs in 3 months: http://livelighter.org/how-i-lost-25-lbs-in-3-months/

Also, here's my easy gentle cleanse for a first-timer: http://livelighter.org/an-easy-gentle-cleanse-for-a-first-timer/

As for your question about no solids for a week, that is your choice. My suggestion is to take it slow (as to not shock your body) and try different things so you create a healthy weight-loss program that works for your body and lifestyle.

Please come back and let us know how it goes!

Is there a difference between the cleanser drinks and the other drinks you post. Can i mix and match as i choose and still lose the bloating and full feeling, plus lose some weight. Do you have any drinks for fatigue? I am overweight and I am trying to lose enough weight to start exercising like I use to. I love veggies and fruits but not enough time to make meals everyday including all that I like and need. Also can I drinks these meals and cleansers for a week with the absence of solid food, or do I need the solid food. New to this but really interested. Thank You.

Hey Dee! So glad you had the courage to try my "baby food" (not many people do) and even happier to hear that not only do you "like" it but that it's helping your digestion! I know it helped me. :)

Hey Steph!
I FINALLY got all the fresh ingredients for this detox recipe, and got the juicer cleaned up and put back together, and that first sip was a bit "strange" at first, but it had a surprisingly great taste as I got used to it. I think the live enzymes from the green veggies even helped with my indigestion which quickly disappeared!! THX & Cheers!
