This recipe from a good friend of mine sounds absolutely scrumptious! I can’t wait to try it out. If you try it out before me, let me know what you think:

Denise's Dream Date Smoothie

Serves: 1 Prep Time: Cooking Time:


  • ½ c plain soy milk
  • 4 dates
  • 1 lrg banana
  • 1 c frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp protein powder


Blend until smooth and enjoy!
