  • 1 cup Mango, fresh, sliced
  • 1 small (6" long) Banana, fresh
  • 2 tbsp Flax Seed, ground
  • ½ cup Yogurt, plain, 2%
  • ½ cup Soy beverage, chocolate
  • ½ serving Ruth's Organic Hemp Protein
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions
