Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie

  • 1½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 cup vanilla flavoured soy beverage (adjust to desired thickness)
  • ½ serving Ruth’s hemp protein powder


  1. Throw in a blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
