  • 1 cup Strawberries, frozen
  • 1 cup Soy Beverage, chocolate
  • 1 cup Yogurt, plain, whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp Flax seed, ground
  • 2 Tbsp Living Harvest Hemp Protein Powder
