Since last year I&#039;ve been doing my best to do a short walk everyday.  Sometimes I have an iPod and sometimes I consciously want to just listen to the breeze blowing through the trees or birds chirping.  It&#039;s all re-energizing in some way!

I highly recommend to anyone.
