5 Oils That Make Your Body Lean (Believe it or not!)

Oil is a natural product which is used in hundreds of different products. It is known to be an essential part of your diet as well as providing impressive results when used as a beauty product. Oil is often applied to hair products to ensure a smooth, shiny finish and it is even used in body products where it helps to moisturize and repair skin cells. Borage oil is high in gamma-linolenic acid which is a strong anti-inflammatory. Although it has many health benefits it is not naturally found in the average human diet and is therefore usually taken as a supplement.

Borage oil – also known as starflower oil – has been found to have a range of positive effects on your body, these include reducing any inflammation, improving the flow of food through your intestine and even slowing down the effects of aging. This oil originates from Jamaica and is similar to castor oil but is processed differently. The castor beans are manually roasted and then ground. The ground beans are then heated to allow the oil to be extracted from them. This is why it has a distinctive, dark color. Jamaican Black castor oil is often used in hair products to add the shine and help protect the hair from the effects of the sun’s rays. It is also an excellent product for skin conditions, particularly dry skin. Finally, it has been used for many years as a dietary supplement, helping to regulate and improve the flow of food through the intestine.

4. Coconut Oil

Coconut oil goes one step further than simply giving you smooth, glowing skin. It actually removes the dead cells, helping to ensure your body has the natural, lean and toned look. It also has anti-inflammatory properties which can help with a variety of conditions.
