10 Beliefs for Easy Health

written by Head Health Nutter November 29, 2007

Why is it so easy for me to be healthy? From stopping smoking to physically craving workouts, the following is a list of beliefs that allowed me to switch my daily habits from those that were no longer working for me to habits that yield the results I want.

I believe…

  1. We all have the power to create our lives.
  2. Everyone has 24 hours in a day and getting what we want out of life comes down prioritizing.
  3. Everyone has choices.
  4. Being healthier makes my life easier. It allows me to cope better with daily life and gives me energy and a positive mind frame.
  5. The process of becoming healthy and living a healthy lifestyle can be fun and full of pleasure; but it’s up to the individual to find how to make healthy living work for them.
  6. Knowledge is power. If I learn everything I can about health, I can make better decisions so that I can enjoy the benefits of health.
  7. Trying something is the only way to know for sure whether or not it’ll work for me.
  8. My body knows what’s healthy for it and by being self-aware I will find health.
  9. True fulfillment comes from the journey, not the destination. This is reason enough for me to find activities and healthy food that I truly take pleasure in.
  10. There are different paths in different directions that all lead to the same destination. Healthy living is unique to every individual.

I could not agree more , the joy that a healthy body brings is utopia .
and the benefits that a personal life style change brings can be world moving , imagine a happier a and heather you , talking to your friends and family teaching your children , this wonderful new knowledge ,and they see what it can bring and take it up , and then they tell there friends and teach there children.
its a bit scary , the decisions we make and the knowledge we share shape our world and more so the world for our children.
Thank you Stephanie for this wonderful web site.
the most powerful moments of a journey are one where you walked side by side with a kindred soul
may i join you on your path ?
